This is How You Speed Up Nail Growth
Whilst it’s not possible to wake up to drastic nail growth overnight, there are ways to accelerate the process if you’re just as impatient as us. Plus, they’ll keep your nails healthy too - talk about a win-win situation!

The Daily Dose
Many of us spend a significant amount of time in air-conditioned environments daily, and the dry air will likely leave your cuticles dehydrated and slow down nail growth. To prevent this, stash cuticle oil pens in the office, your frequently-used bags and by your bedside. Make it a habit to brush on the oil throughout the day to keep those cuticles hydrated.
Regular TLC is a must. Cut or shape your nails with a nail file (one direction only!) regularly, so that they don’t break or develop jagged edges. Also, wear rubber gloves to protect your hands from coming into contact with harsh cleaning agents when doing chores. Nails are porous, and the skin on your hands are delicate, so step up on protection!
You Are What You Eat
The best things for the body are natural, so why not incorporate some of nature’s pro-nail foods into your diet? For one, almonds are a great source of biotin — an essential vitamin for healthy hair, skin and nails. Enjoy a handful every day, or you can also spread almond butter on apples or toast for a tasty and guilt-free snack.
Another superfood would be spinach, as it’s full of protein, iron and calcium. Have it as a side salad for one meal a day. And if you'd like, throw in some pumpkin seeds into that salad too —these little guys are power-packed with protein, iron and zinc.
Give up nail polish for a while and religiously apply nail strengtheners! Strong, healthy nails will naturally grow fast.
